Sample Terms:

We offer samples at a discounted rate. Please inquire with us at orders@professionaluniform.com.

Shipping Expectations:

Sample orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. However, shipping times may vary depending on factors such as order volume and location. We strive to expedite the shipping process to ensure timely delivery of your samples.

Return Conditions:

In order to qualify for a return, samples must meet specific conditions:

  • Samples must be in their original, unused condition.
  • They must not have been washed, soiled, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Tags must remain attached to the samples.
  • Samples must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been decorated.
  • Returned goods must be shipped with all proper documentation. All returns must be shipped by prepaid ground freight; collect and air shipments will not be accepted.
  • No returns after 60 days or 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Refund Procedures:

Upon receiving the returned samples and verifying that they meet the specified conditions, we will initiate the refund process. The refund process may vary on your payment terms. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
